Terms of use
Use ScholaGuard only as an authorized staff member within your assigned responsibilities. Your institution’s policies and official health, child-protection, and emergency procedures remain applicable.
Accounts and confidentiality
Keep credentials private, use your assigned account, sign out on shared devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to your administrator. Do not attempt to access records outside your role or school assignment.
Accurate and necessary reporting
Verify the learner and school before submitting. Provide accurate event details and only necessary personal information. Repeated submissions of the same event are blocked; consult the existing report and follow the authorized correction workflow. Separate events may be reported separately.
Human review and urgent cases
Review NLP classifications, severity assessments, and aggregate analytics before acting. Automated outputs are advisory and may miss or misinterpret information. For urgent threats or critical health events, follow established referral and emergency procedures immediately; submitting a report does not replace those procedures.
Exports and permitted use
Use records and exports only for approved school-health, safety, and oversight duties. Do not publish learner information or share it through personal accounts or unapproved channels. Protect downloaded files and dispose of them according to institutional policy.
Errors and availability
Contact your administrator for missing or incorrect records, access issues, and suspected security incidents. If service is unavailable, use your institution’s approved reporting continuity procedure and reconcile records when access is restored.
